Time with product: 3 Months

Strengths: Easy to use and install.

Weaknesses: Noisier than I expected.

Summary: The product arrived promptly. It was easy to install and use. I like the remote and the timer features. This product was purchased as an addition to our central air for our 2nd floor. On extremely hot and humid days, our second floor (where the bedrooms are located) is stuffy. It has made a tremendous difference and our electric bill is actually lower because our central air unit isn't working as hard. It is noisier than I expected since the product was rated very quiet. Sometimes it vibrates when the fan is running and if you tap the unit it will quit. We have tried to fix this by tightening up the unit in the window to no avail. I would recommend this unit and would purchase it again.
