Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for PlayStation3

The Cordless Precision controller uses reliable 2.4 GHz RF technology for precise game control from up to 30 feet away. The dedicated PS button lets you access your PlayStation 3 menu system from across the room, and the D/Mode setting allows use of the advanced directional pad instead of the analog stick (in supported games). Reliable analog triggers round out this popular and versatile controller.

Rating: Time with product: 30 Strengths: Wireless, comfortable, works well Weaknesses: use AA batteries Summary: I bought it as the second controller for my PS3. I like the idea of wireless. It is very convenient, and works pretty good. Well, it is a little heavy since using AA batteries. However, considering I got it at a low price, I have nothing to complain, and am very satisfied. Logitech always has good products. |

Rating: Time with product: 30 Days Strengths: Cordless, not expensive, comfortable, workable for both PS3 and PC Weaknesses: No vibration, using batteries Summary: The controller is similar to the Logitech PS2 controller. It is wireless, and works fine, but it needs one USB interface. The buttons feel comfortable. It is much cheaper compared with an official one. Overall, this is a great budget controller. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Strengths: Well built, works fine, not expensive, can be used on PC Weaknesses: Not compatible with PS2, use batteries, no rumble Summary: This controller is comfortable to use, and works well. Since it is using batteries, it feels a little heavier. A usb port is required. Unfortunately, there is no rumble for the controller. There is not much difference between Logitech PS2 and PS3 controllers, but this one is not compatible with PS2. However, considering the low price of this controller, it is a good budget substitute of the official one. |

Rating: Time with product: 88 Strengths: price Weaknesses: needs a usb dongle, not a 6 axis, requires batterys Summary: The obvious differences between the Cordless Precision and the Sixaxis are the use of AA batteries as opposed to a rechargeable battery, a USB receiver instead of using the build in blue tooth, a raised, instead of recessed, D-pad, no tilt functionality, and the inclusion of rumble (which no PS3 currently supports).I would recommend people to pass and spend a few more bucks on the sony controller instead. |

Rating: Time with product: 30 Days Strengths: Works well. Logitech quality. Weaknesses: none Summary: This is a nice 3rd-party controller for the PS3 (the Sony ones sell for over $50) that is less expensive but work quite well. Logitech makes excellent PS2/PS3 accessories (their PS2 controller was the best). it has good range and works just like the original controller. |
