The front-load washer seems more energy and water efficient and this washer is almost the cheapest compared with other brands. Sears delivered it in 4 days and it works great. The clothes out of it are clean and it is running pretty quiet. A great product for the price!

The clothes seem to be so clean, and they are pretty dry at the end of the cycle. It takes half the time for me to dry my clothes now. It has a bleach separate section to pour the bleach, detergent and fabric softener in. There are lots of cycle choices (heavy, touch-up, perm press, etc.) It also takes up less room than my old top-load washer. Love it!

After paying over 600.00, I expected it to last awhile. Repairman have told me the frigidare gallery is a throwaway. Not happy with that. Parents, neighbors, etc have had their washer and dryer for over 20 years and no one has had one break in 7 years.
