Strengths: Easy to use

Weaknesses: Limited Information

Summary: If you want a program just for your property, this will work. If you want a program to view your rental property as well as all your other personal finances (bank accounts etc.) at a glance this ain't it! Spend a little extra for the 08/09 version. You only have to buy it once and its a superior product. The cheap price drew me in too, but you get what you pay for. I returned the 2.5 version and bought the newest version after reading reviews about the features.

Strengths: keeps all property information easily on hand for review including all income, expenses & other information

Weaknesses: none that i have found as of yet

Summary: this prograam is easy to understand & use for all property information. makes keeping all data regarding clients at hand for quick refernce. i have found that so far it is making it much easier to keep track of everything.

Strengths: Simple to use

Weaknesses: Not versatile enough.

Summary: Quick books would've been a better choice for us. It won't permit combining different expenses for our rental properties from two or more bank accounts to print one summary for tax purposes.

Time with product: 10 Days

Strengths: Easy to use. Allows you to track many properties and produce basic monthly reports for your owners/clients.

Weaknesses: Not able to sort by certain expenses and there are only two reports offered.

Summary: 2.0, which was only one year old for me, would not run VISTA OS. I HAD to buy the next version. There was no upgrade offer. I had to pay full price. When I call Quicken support to ask questions, I could not reach a real person. You HAD to leave a message and they would call you back. Worse, they would call you back at their convenience over the next 24 hours. I called at 9 AM one morning and received a call back, voice message (from another country I'm sure) after 5:00 PM!!! That was after I had already let work!!

Strengths: ease of information organization, ability to manage multiple properties

Weaknesses: fairly basic functionality for price, plain look and feel

Summary: I honestly was expecting a more robust software solution given the purchase price, however I'm confident that using this program will simplify my record keeping and make my life easier at tax time.
