JeffSellman	Rating: 4 Time with product: 10 Days Strengths: It does grind up ice. Weaknesses: Machine won't handle even 1 normal ice cube from a dead stop. Must have machine running and feed the ice cubes into the top to get it to work. Summary: I would not recommend this machine to anyone. We have decided to take it back due to it's inability to live up to it's claim. It is also extremely messy trying to feed ice into the machine while it's running. Bottom line, needs a much more powerful motor.
