Time with product: 3

Strengths: It's nice to not have to switch from the washer to the dryer, but this feature is heavily outweighed by the negatives of this product.

Weaknesses: Exceptionally small capacity -- I found that one regular sized towel and two hand towels was about as much as it could handle.

Summary: Don't buy this. It seems like it would be so wonderful, but in reality it just doesn't work. The very first time I touched it the handle broke and fell off, and many more problems followed. The worst was that nothing was every dry , no matter how many times you ran the dry cycle. Somehow my wash was always still damp.
