Omega Juicers 8003 Nutrition Center
Rating:
10
The Omega Model 8003 Nutrition Center is a juice extractor that will serve all of your juicing needs and much more. This unit is a "multiple use" appliance that actually does all of its uses very well. Most appliances that are built for more than one use tend to compromise one task or another. The single gear machine turns at a low 80 RPMs to ensure that nothing is lost through heated elements in your juice. This low speed also helps the Omega 8003 foam less than a double gear style juicer.

Rating: Time with product: 7 Days Strengths: Very Dry Pulp, Quick and Easy Cleanup, Preserves All Nutrients. Weaknesses: The diameter of the chute is only 1 inch, therfore everything has to be cut up small. Summary: This is my first juicer, but I did a lot of research before I bought it and I am very happy with my purchase. This is a slow speed juicer and, therefore, it preserves all the nutrients in the juice, unlike high speed juicers. It also chokes out every last drop of juice, leaving very dry pulp. Cleaning it up is as simple as twisting the main piece off, rinsing, drying, and twisting back onto the base. It takes me just a few minutes. The juice is delicious and if you mostly drink vegetable juice then it is also very healthy. The diameter of the chute is small, but it is necessary for this type of juicing method so I do not mind cutting everything up small in order to preserve all of the nutrients. |
