It will take an Army of Two to stop the corruption of rogue private military corporations. Fight along side your team-mate to become the deadliest two-man military outfit a government can buy. The breakthrough gameplay in Army of Two, with a live or adaptive AI partner, enables you to take advantage of two-man strategies like customizable weapons, vehicles, and tactical shooting. If you're going to survive, you'll have to bring down a vast conspiracy in which the line between good guy and bad guys has been obliterated.
bit-tech Review
"Here’s what Army of Two has to offer; a fun, over-the-top shooter filled with mindless swearing and attitude. You’ve got a wide arsenal of customisable weapons to tinker with, a predictable array of levels to test them over and a load of collectibles to scrounge for in between your mass murders. It’s enjoyable and clearly doesn’t take itself as serious as it might seem to." - 13th March 2008

Rating: Time with product: 2 Weeks Strengths: Great graphics, awesome gameplay Weaknesses: a.i. can be dumb at times Summary: Army of Two is an awesome game. You and a cpu controlled soldier are in for the fight of your life. The graphics are good in this game, as is the gameplay. The real joy is to play co-op with a friend over xbox live or system link. If you enjoy co-op games or are just into shooters I highly recommend at least renting this game. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Co-op RocksAwesome weapon "pimpin" Weaknesses: Character can't runSplitscreen is a little clumsy Summary: I love co-op games and this one is one of the best. Graphics are top notch. The customizing of the characters look and guns is a plus. I just wish you could create your own masks. The "pimpin" of the guns is also a nice addition. I wouldn't be running around with gold weapons on a mission but it's kinda cool in a game. The thing I didn't like was not being able to run. You can "walk fast" but not run. Also, playing splitscreen is a little painful visually. I got kinda disoriented with the small amount screen real estate especially when it zooms into the action and you can't see much of the play field. Overall the game is a BUY. |

Rating: Time with product: 1 Month Strengths: Co-Op gameplay, Back to back, AGGRO!!! Weaknesses: AI, Multiplayer, story line is to short, weak rolling, pimped out weapons. Summary: If you are looking for a good two player 3rd person shooter, this is the game for you. If you are playing by yourself this game is not recommended. The AI is only good for taking hits and drawing out enemy fire. The multiplayer is ok at best, all in all this game was not what I expected, and the replay value is probably only good for one go at it, If EA released a Demo no one would have bought this game. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Strengths: Original co-op gameplay, weapon customization, fun online. Weaknesses: Too short, no reason to play again, not worth playing alone Summary: Army of Two indeed; if you choose to play without the help of a real friend, you'll be incredibly bored. The A.I. partner they give you is nothing but a burden. Online is incredibly fun, and both online and the campaign require team work at all times; it's almost impossible to win without the help of a partner constantly by your side.Grab your friend and Army of Two and you'll both have a blast. It's something you don't get to experience everyday |
