Summary: I am very pleased with this toaster oven. I've had it for 4 months now and no problems. I particularly like the convection oven feature - it reduces the cooking time by at least 20%. Also, aesthetically, the stainless steel cabinet is good looking. Plus it comes with a B&D 2-year warranty and the B&D reputation for quality. A good purchase overall.
