Strengths: The concept of the product is good

Weaknesses: You need to have a special modem for this product which they do not specify this on the box when you purchase it. Unless you have one of the modems this software will work with you are SOL

Summary: Do Not Buy this Product. Once you have purchased this software and you install it on you PC it will work for 2 or 3 times and then it can hold you phone line open for hours or it will connect and you will not hear the outgoing message. Once this happens you have to uninstall the whole program. Better yet you can't get your money back because it has been opened.
