Time with product:
Strengths: Solid Construction, easy to clean, very adaptable
Weaknesses: Tall and can't fit under my cabinets, slightly noisy
Summary: I love this mixer! So far I've purchased most of the attachments for it and have done quite well getting them to work. It's a very solid device and should last me for at least the next decade. I haven't had any problems with it at all although the noise scares my ferret (a hand mixer scares him as well). My main issue with it is that I can't fit it under my cabinets. It does take up a fair amount of counter space and because it's such a solid machine it's weight is a bit hefty (~25 lbs). Despite the weight I love this and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again!

Time with product: 2 Months
Strengths: Extremely Sturdy, Powerful
Weaknesses: Somewhat Noisy
Summary: The Kitchenaid KP26M1XMR Professional 600 series is truly a workhorse among stand mixers. I really needed a mixer that was rugged and powerful enough to stand up to use in a cakemaking business. The KP26M1XMR is certainly powerful enough with a 575 watt motor but has protection and will shutdown if the motor becomes overloaded. If the mixer does tear up it comes with a one year warranty. It is ruggedly built and can easily stand up to high usage. I have been extremely pleased with this mixer and would easily make the purchase again.

Strengths: Easy to operate. Powerful motor
Weaknesses: None so far. A bit pricy?
Summary: I bought this mixer for my wife and she is really satisfied with it. The motor is really powerful compared to the cheaper one we have used. It's sturdily made of nice-looking shiny metal parts. Although it's a bit pricey, but you can get a high-quality mixer which does all the jobs it claims to do. Highly recommended.

Time with product: 30 Days
Strengths: Powerful motor, well constructed, steel gears
Weaknesses: Can't lift mixer head to remove bowl
Summary: This mixer is the most powerful mixer from KitchenAid and I'm glad I got it. It mixes well with plenty of power for thick dough (for bread). It comes with instruction to tell you what speed to set for different mixtures. The beater and accessories are high quality stainless steel. Wish I can lift the head to remove the bowl but you can do it with a lever on the side. Overall a very well built mixer that also looks nice on your counter.

Strengths: Large bowl, pouring shield, strong motor
Weaknesses: A bit noisy
Summary: Took a little while to get use to raising the bowl. Once you are comfortable with that though the mixer is great. Haven't tried a heavy bread dough yet but did well with large chocolate chip cookie mixing (double batch). Pizza dough went easy. It is a bit loud but I guess that comes with a more powerful motor, like the 600 series has. This is our first stand mixer and my wife absolutely loves having it.
