Summary: I Recently purchased this KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6Qt. 575 Watt stand mixer. I?m very excited to have it! I've wanted a KitchenAid mixer for several years now, but the price was always seemingly out of my budget. But I happened to get during Mother's day special for just $200+taxes. At this price nothing could stop me from purchasing. After using it only one time, I rid my kitchen of my other mixers! It handled everything I've thrown at it with ease! Not even the thickest and toughest of doughs I make would bog it down. Since it is more than a wee bit on the heavy side, I decided to leave it on the counter. Now I find myself using it almost every day! Clean up is a breeze! I love the wisk attachment for meringue and making things fluffy. The flat mixing attachment is great for everything else - especially cookie dough! The dough hook is awesome. It does all the hard work for you! I hate kneading dough, so it is great for me. Because of the elimination of hand kneading, I try making most of the things like bread, cake even pizzas at home more often - which my family loves. There are also tons of extra attachments you can buy.I love my mixer. It works great for me and my family needs. I think it was a great buy.
