Rating: Time with product: 2 Weeks Strengths: gameplay, graphics, challenges, Xbox Live Weaknesses: This game is highly addictive and once you start playing it's hard to stop. Summary: My main reason to purchase an Xbox 360 was for Halo 3 I loved playing that game until a friend introduced me to Call of Duty 4. This game is the best because it has so many challenges and the fact that once you get to the peak level, you make a choice and have the opportunity to do it all over again with higher ranking and more bonus offers. I would highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a game to play on Xbox Live. This game is spectacular and I would recommend it to everyone. |

Rating: Time with product: 6 Months Strengths: Amazing graphics, outstanding friendly AI,and great enemy AI. Weaknesses: Bad {pistol and sniper}aiming, not enough friendly AI,and a lot of guns run out of ammo to quick. Summary: I think CALL OF DUTY :4 is one of the best first-person I've ever seen in a while. I think if they ever made a CALL OF DUTY:5, that it would have character customization selection, and the ability to take cover like in the RAINBOW series. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: great graphics, awesome multiplayer Weaknesses: none Summary: Call of Duty 4 is a great game. The jump to a modern setting greatly enhances the series since there's now more automatic weapons and airstrikes you can call in during multiplayer. The single player story is a rollercoaster ride and features some pretty awesome scenarios. And the multiplayer is topnotch, even beating Halo 3 in the number of players online on Xbox Live Arcade. Don't miss out on the best game in 2007. |

Rating: Time with product: 4 Days Strengths: Multiplayer Weaknesses: none Summary: COD 4 is game of the year for a reason. I believe it is groundbreaking multiplayer gameplay that is easily the best in the COD series. Choice of weapons and the ability to choose a weapons class makes the game feel more real than ever. It will take you quite a bit of time to reach the highest rank, in fact it seemed like it would never happen. Once you get the golden revolver, you will know that you have EARNED IT! I highly reccomend this game. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Strengths: Great graphics, immersive gameplay, great multiplayer mode on Xbox Live Weaknesses: No co-op mode (online or offline) Summary: This game is one of the best first person shooters out there right now. Many people compare this to Halo 3 because they are both FPS, but in my opinion, it's hard to compare the two. Halo 3 is more like a cartoony game whereas Call of Duty 4 is a lot more realistic. It only takes 2 to 3 shots in the right place with most guns in COD4 to take someone down. The single player is great as it takes you on many different points of view of different operations. You have missions where you storm in an enemy occupied building with a whole platoon of men, you will get behind the scope of a sniper rifle for an assassination, and you also get to man the guns of an AC130 support gunship. The single player has 4 difficulty settings for every type of gamer. The Veteran difficulty offers an unbelievable challenge and will probably take you a while to get through the entire game even if you've played it through already. Now, the multiplayer is where this game shines. There is so much customization when you get access to "create a class". You will have to earn points by getting kills and winning the games first in order to rank up and unlock the many options though. This system of ranks and unlocking options keeps you playing and playing. And another thing is that it's easy to jump into a game. You can quit out of a game at anytime without any penalty or you can join a game in progress if there is room. Overall, this game looks great and the sound effects really put you into the battlefield. The only downside is that if you have friends over, you will have to switch off between each other if you want to play online. But there is an offline/local multiplayer mode. |
