Summary: An excellent water cooler overall. Easy to set up and use. Within an hour, water was very hot (hot enough to make tea, cocoa, etc). Water was cold as well. Energy saver mode only affects hot water operation and when in use, the water can be heated to 190 degrees within four minutes. Only weaknesses are no bottle is included (I don't think any of them come with a bottle) and the water is kind of slow when dispensing the water.
