Strengths: Flexible enough to make installation fairly easy.

Weaknesses: Tends to take a "set": indentation of chair wheels remains, causing chair to want to move back to that one position.

Summary: Unfortunately, the "few sizes fit some" mentality of the chair mat makers means that no one maks a chair mat that has the correct "tongue" width for our desk. We could get one too small, where the chair wheels would roll off onto the carpet, or one too wide, where the desk would sit atop the chair mat edges (potentially voiding the warranty).Decent, yet not terrific. This seems to be true of the products of all the different manufacturers we could find.
