Summary: Tremendous value for the money. This is truly a superb program that everyone should know about. If someone is creating home videos, or videos for work or for church, they should be using this software. I could see this software being used in schools to help educate technology students on the ease of use and video conversion. Great job!! And thank you. Quality, Affordable, and ease of use. Wow! Totally unheard of today.

Summary: I made a couple of teaching videos and then had to convert and then edit them. I watched as the student worker went through the different buttons and in about 15 minutes I knew how to use it. I didn't ask about the company name but then, while browsing, I came across AVS. Their DVD player totally rocks - saved me from the non-working one I _paid_ for and theirs was free. KISMET!So when I saw their video tools application and recognized it I bought it on the spot. Can't be beat; won't disappoint; excellent to use; user friendly; extremely fair price for the money. ...can you tell I am very happy with it

Summary: I find the product very practical and use it every day (mainly to burn DVD discs and convert video to m4v for my iPOD).I believe it�s a good price

Strengths: The latest version is fully compatible with Windows Vista.

Weaknesses: Doesn't allow to convert video files to FLV format

Summary: I downloaded the latest version of AVS Video Tools and it's working fine on my Windows Vista computer. Its a great program, very user-friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I can not convert my DVDs with subtitles. Nevertheless, for its price the program does a lot.

Strengths: 4 applications for one price! It's a great deal! Besides the programs are easy to use.

Weaknesses: To capture videos from VHS cameras, a TV card or TV tuner is needed. There is no full support for .swf files - they can't be converted to other formats.

Summary: I purchased this package to capture videos from my VHS cam and faced with a problem at once, but I contacted the support staff and found out, that I need a TV tuner for that. After I connected it to my PC and installed all the necessary drivers, everything worked fine.
