I couldn't expect anything more from any merchant. Weaknesses: Even Customer Service was helpful. They sent a tracking # and provided a mail-in rebate page. Rainbow Appliances work out well for me! Summary: I know that a lot of people have had very stressful experiences with similar merchants. Therefore, I was skeptical, but Rainbow Appliances really pulled through. The stove was new, as promised. It was packaged very well and delivered in great condition. I am very pleased.
