The Corsair TX750W power supplies are engineered using advanced technology and components typically found with high performance power supplies. SLI-Ready, 5-Year Warranty With design features such as a dedicated, single +12V rail offer the maximum compatibility with the latest system components. Energy efficient circuitry capable of delivering greater than 80 percent efficiency ratings across 20, 50, and 100 percent load conditions make the TX family of PSUs ideal for the value/quality conscious enthusiast. With a large 140mm diameter temperature-controlled fan that is ultra quiet, yet still more than sufficient to cool the internals of the system, reliability and stability are no longer worries for the gamer, overclocker or enthusiast and high-end system builder.
bit-tech Review
"We can't recommend the TX750W highly enough. While it’s not perfect and the cooling design could definitely benefit from some refinements, it's not only cheaper than a large portion of the competition, its power delivery is also inherently better too. This is a win-win for everyone and the TX750W is another strong performer that adds itself to Corsair's already strong brand in the power supply market. This is going to be a tough one to beat." - 19th February 2008

Rating: 10
Time with product: 2 Months
Strengths: 80+ certified, SLI ready, single rail
Weaknesses: Many extra cables for my setup, non-modular
Summary: This power supply does the job. Comes with 4 6+2 connectores for older and modern graphics cards. My biggest problem with it was that I didn't need all the connectors supplied, but I had to make room for them in my case anyway. Others may have use for all the cables, however. The fan, which is pretty quiet, is aimed downward. Luckly, with the NZXT Tempest case I was able to flip it so it faced up for proper ventilation. Just a thought although this may not work for all cases. -Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this power supply to anyone who needs one. It was very compatible with my case and computer build.

Time with product: 2
Strengths: 750 watts, large 140mm fan, good value
Weaknesses: Not modular, maybe too many cables for some people's use.
Summary: Corsair may be known for its memory but they also make great power supplies. 750 watts is good enough for the vast majority of users, and having 1 big rail instead of 2 smaller ones increases efficiency. The amount and length of cables was almost too much for the Antec P180 Mini case I used it in, but with a bit of organizing it's manageable.

Rating: 10
Time with product: 1 Days
Strengths: 80+ Efficiency Rating; PF Value of 0.99; Guaranteed Dual GPU Compatibility; Over Current Protection; Under Voltage Protection; Short Protection and 5 Year Warranty
Weaknesses: A little more cost up front.
Summary: While I will agree that you can buy a power supply with the same output rating for less money up front, it is not hard to figure out how this one will save you enough green to pay for itself. This power supply is designed to give you a 80+ efficiency rating which means it consumes less energy on the AC side to produce the same amount of output. Not only that, but the output on this power supply is actually cleaner than other power supplies I have used. Also, with a little price shopping, you could pick one of these up for about $20 more than a competitor's model without the high efficiency rating or the protection features designed to protect your high-tech components. I've also noticed that this supply is equipped with a variable speed fan that is thermally activated. That cuts way down on the noise factor for those less demanding applications. With a 5 year warranty to boot, this one is hard to beat.

Time with product: 4 Months
Strengths: Full features, 80+ certified
Weaknesses: Non modular
Summary: The Corsair 750TX is well built with well thoughtout features such as single rail and auto voltage switching. This PSU has more than enough power to drive any well equipped PCs, especially those with the latest energy efficient Intel processors and graphics cards. This power supply doesn't bleed your pocket either because it is 80+ certified. The 750TX has plenty of long and nicely sleeved cables to connect all the components. However, since they are not modular this could be a problem for smaller computer cases. The huge 140mm fan quietly keeps this already energy efficient power supply nice and cool. Be aware though, the fan is at the bottom pointing down so it might not work for computer cases which configures the PSU on its floor.I have one 750TX running my gaming rig absolutely stable for over four months. So, when Fry's has it on rebate, I snapped up another one for my next build. Highly recommended.
