Midland XT511 Base Camp GMRS Emergency Crank Radio with NOAA combines the emergency power of a Dynamo Crank with GMRS 2-way radio technology. The Dynamo Crank allows you to recharge the radio during a power outage or anytime you're away from a power source. The 22 channel two-way radio works with other FRS/GMRS radios, so you are always in communication with your group. It offers 121 privacy codes, plus dual-watch monitor, scan and call alert functions. The radio has three VOX settings for hands-free operation with the built-in internal microphone. You'll stay aware of impending danger with the NOAA all hazards alert weather radio with alert override. It provides constant all hazards alert information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The AM/FM radio provides music entertainment at camp and news bulletin updates during emergencies.
