Rating: Time with product: Strengths: convection cooking AND normal cookingstrong and well builtfast Weaknesses: I don't like the colors personally, but who cares what it looks like i guess, so long as it cooks well!. Summary: I dont have that much to add to the posts already here. I dont tailgate, but I do camp and this is a great unit for that. Its very fast at heating up and you can slow cook or super sear. Had mine nearly a year with no problems. As mentioned, the funnels really do the job. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Months Strengths: It cooks better than any bbq Ive had. Weaknesses: .... Summary: Just to add to the post above, use the funnel in the reverse position. What Outdoorchef calls "the volcano" position. Im talking about the small funnel in the center. if you flip this, you get the direct flame/heat you want.Great grill. Cooks everything. Im not going back to any other company. Those funnels are the key. |

Rating: Time with product: 1 Week Strengths: apparently everything Weaknesses: can't tell you any Summary: i've only used it once so far buy was more than impressed.however, i must admit i didn't realize that there really wasn't any way to cook the food directly over the flame since it cooks via an indirect method. would like to have been aware of this but am satisfied with it regardless. it cooks quickly and the exterior of the pork and fish had a grilled quality to it with no burned areas. i was leary at first but after only one use i'm quite pleased with it. |
