The first time we turned on the microwave it sounded like tennis shoes in a washing machine. We have had four repair visits from an authorized repair vendor who said you need to get another one. Since that was their diagnosis now we have a GE Repair person who is going to try to fix. So we are looking at our sixth visit and we have had it to use for about one month. We also purchased a great Monogram cooktop and oven and an equally troubled warming drawer that has the same customer support. We were told by the GE Sales Rep we should try Bosch! So hard lessen learned here, Do NOT buy GE if you want someone to stand behind their products as they won't.
