Strengths: This game is totally addictive and "should have been" the last game you'd ever buy:-)
Weaknesses: Customer Service is a "totally unaccountable, non-existant, rubber stamp joke" and sadly the game designers change the rules/guidelines without reason (or accountability to you) every tuesday??? :-(
Summary: I personally had 10 totally Different Characters at once in this game; 5 on the Alliance side(Good Guys) and 5 on the Horde side(Bad Guys)... some all the way up to 45th level! All of them were months of time devoted to each one, because I played them the hardest way known in this game; totally solo! This was a passion for me that was crushed little by little with every Tuesday's updates! Sadly the game changed so much after months of small, arbitrary, haphazard, weekly updates, that some of my favorite high level characters became completely useless! Even though I had several solid solutions and fixes for the mess that Blizzard made out of this wonderful game, not one single (supposed) customer service rep even read my lengthy requests to communicate with the design teams of these updates! Why would anyone spend so much time on a game that can and does change randomly on a weekly basis, with no say in it, just shut up and pay?? No matter how much I loved the endless gameplay and creativeness, I can't see paying $15.00 a month additional on-line game fees to the people who are unaccountably fighting our success and passionate efforts every step of the way! Sorry folks... we all learned as children to walk away from the kids who changed the rules in the middle of the game..... Because Arbitrary Rule Makers Just Aren't Worth Playing With:-( (I hate saying this but.....) DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!! This Game's Support Will "Endlessly Disappoint and Frustrate Any Mature & Intelegant Player" POCKET YOUR MONEY AND CONSIDER YOURSELF ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES!

Time with product:
Strengths: Interesting game play, different areas to explore, combat amazing, PvP potental nearly unlimited
Weaknesses: Horriable Customer Support, Game Play Issues, Server Lag Issues, Patching Issues, Many Bugs (after 2 years), Dishonest Player Base, Dishonest and Deciving Company Policies, Over Charged Fees
Summary: I have been playing World of Warcraft since release and I have fun with it but that is becauase I have a open mind about bugs and how every MMO is a constant work in progress. World of Warcraft should not have been released when it was it was one of the worst releases in MMO history, great sales wise but programming was horrable and uncompleted, servers crashed frequently, GM support was non exisitant sometimes you'd have to wait at least 7 hours to talk to GM provided they didn't just delete your ticket in the first place. Extremely rude cusomter support Personell namely GM's again who if they don't agree with you will end up closing your ticket and you'll end up with a ban warning in your Mail Box.If Blizzard works out these Numerious issues it will turn into an excelent game. But one which will easly be dwarfed by another with better support.

Strengths: Very fun gameplay, very high value (the game NEVER ends), lots of different types of contact, very beautiful art direction, engrossing, sometimes humorous dialogue, simple interface, easy to navigate
Weaknesses: If you play this game, you are giving up your life. Also, sometimes it takes a while to log in, and the graphics are sometimes choppy due to lag. The monthly fee is also an issue.
Summary: World of Warcraft is the best MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Role Playing Game) to date. It is extremely fun to play, very intricate, and you can tell Blizzard paid attention to detail. Everything is very beautiful. The quests are fun to do, and leveling is never a pain in the neck. Each spell or ability has it's usefulness in at least one situation. The player-vs-player aspect is also very fun. The music is very well done and sets the mood nicely. The only big problem with this game is that it will suck up all of your free time. It is highly addicting and the rest of your life may suffer because of this game. This is why I quit playing about a month ago. And don't forget about the $15 per month! But if you're looking for a wonderful game that's both exciting and beautiful, World of Warcraft is the game for you!

Time with product: 60 Days
Strengths: Pretty graphics, many servers, choice of horde or alliance
Weaknesses: Initial addictiveness wears off quickly. Not enough new content to justify monthly money grab. Non existent tech support and indifeerent or absent GM's. LAG big time lag issues. 25$ a month.
Summary: repetitive unimaginative quests. Instances and battlegrounds wait time up to 4 hrs ... Monster Farming quickly supplies characters with top notch items. experience far to easy to earn. Far to easy to become filthy rich in a very little time. No guarantee that enough space on server for you to play with friends. Once you pick a server your stuck with it until new servers come up or someone on desired server quits. Lack of content updates. Patches break as many things as they fix.
