It is designed for easy installation and "clean" unobtrusive ceiling mounting, whereby the receiver mounts between the ceiling and the canopy. The Hunter Original(tm) remote control provides noise-free fan operation (3 Speeds) and full range light dimming (0 - 300watts) for maximum convenience for all Hunter Original(tm) ceiling fans. Hand held remote is ideal for bedrooms and family rooms where remote is regularly placed on night stands and coffee tables. Unique switchplate holder is included.
