Strengths: Always have your resume on hand, easy organizing features, preconstructed resumes for various industries

Weaknesses: None

Summary: I consider myself an advanced user and I'd rather just have a quick and dirty resume maintained through Microsoft Word, but I recently purchased Winway Resume Deluxe which was heavily discounted after a rebate. I was surprised at the amount of built in features that cut down on the time to do things from scratch (i.e. cover letters). There is an excellent built in job search that compiles results from multiple sites. I'd recommend the software as a very good value for the features.

Strengths: Easy to use! Neat organization! Beautiful outcome!

Weaknesses: You cannot make changes to some of the default heading.

Summary: I got this to prepare for my job hunting because I am not very satisfied with the looking of my CV in the word format. This resume software offers very important samples for the position you desire. Then, the only thing left you need to do is just simply plug in your stuff and finish the draft. Additionally, the way that the software organizes the document looks very smart and pretty. Moreover, the software offers many interesting bullets that word never offers. You can use these bullets to make your stuff clear and easy to understand. Most importantly, you can export your file either as a PDF or a word file. I think this feature is really helpful. The only thing sometimes I hate is that the default setting is hard to change. For example, if you need to use a long phrase as the heading, the software will automatically make the heading in a long single row which pushes the content to the next row. However, for other area with short heading, the content starts from the same row as the heading. You have to spend more time in word to make it better.
