The cooler worked nicely--for 2 days! That happens, so no big deal. Until I called Avanti for warranty servicing. They would not replace the item without sending out someone for a service call first. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I called again and was told that the servicer was located over 100 miles away! I got no help from Avanti, as they suggested that I call the servicer directly. I am still waiting to hear something. A flaw with a product is understandable, but a lack of customer service is inexcusable!
