Summary: This machine is useless. I have had this for a couple of months and I rarely use it. Barely holds a small load and clothes are still stained after washing. Dryer takes 2-3 hours to dry.

Weaknesses: holds very little. doesnt clean properly. takes 1 hr to wash, 3 hr to dry. sometimes clothes are still drenching wet after washing and I have to hand-wring them....

Summary: I would rather wash my clothes by hand. that is how useless this machine is. And I am not the only one. The builders installed this machine in every unit of our apartment and all my neighbors say the same thing. even if I put just 2 pairs of jeans in there, the machine won't wash properly and the clothes are still drenching at the end of the cycle. Takes forever to dry. Even if I leave it for 120 min, the clothes are still wet.
