Weaknesses: VMWare should explain their various distributions a little more clearly. They use too many acronyms. Summary: The software installed easily on a Windows Vista Ultimate Desktop without difficultly. Two virtual machines were created; Windows XP Pro and Ubuntu. Both installed smoothly and all hardware was detected correctly. DVD drives, USB ports, USB Printers were detected and functional. This software will allow me to run XP only programs in the virtual mode, without having to run a real XP machine. Booting to XP or Ubuntu is very fast.
