Summary: As soon as I opened the box, the spring and slider assembly came apart. Now I have 3 poarts that almost seem to go together, and a useless address book. Poorly assembled-Send it back!!

Strengths: Compact, easy to use

Weaknesses: over time the slider didn't move as easy

Summary: We used this DAILY for 8 years at our business. The only reason it failed is because I spilled soda on it and it gummed up the slider enough to where it didn't work. We are replacing this one with another one, and I'm getting one for home.
