I was shopping around but there were very few model that has both features of fire safe and water proof. When accident / fire happens, this unit can protect against fire for 1 hr and against water also. What is point of buying fire safe without water proof, as fire brigade will pour water jet and your safe just protects against fire, but not water! This unit has larger space (1.3 cu ft) compare to other models, workmanship is very nice too. One thing I did not like, it does not have rotating number lock. Actually I could not find any models with rotating number lock with fire safe and water proof features in cheaper price range. It can accommodate hanging A4 or Letter size folders in it.
