Serious home chefs, your heart will skip a beat. Introducing KitchenAid?s most substantial stand mixer yet. It?s the highest end stand mixer in the line, featuring a 525-watt motor and 6-qt. bowl, giving it the capacity to create and mix large or doubled recipes and knead the stiffest dough. Features KitchenAid's signature planetary mixing action to thoroughly mix every inch of batter. Stainless bowl has an ergonomic front handle and wide opening so you can easily add ingredients, even if you don?t use the accompanying Pouring Shield. Included are 3 brushed steel beater attachments: a newly designed Dough Hook, a Flat Beater and a Wire Whip. The Soft Start speed prevents ingredient ?poufing? at start up, part of the 10 speed control. Improved features include an electronic sensor that monitors speed and a ventilation system that cools the entire mixer, prolonging its life. This KitchenAid Professional Stand Mixer is simple to use yet features the power and performance professionals have been accustomed to for years. Other attachments, such as meat grinders, juicers and pasta makers, fit on front machine hub and are sold separately. (Sku: #142743)
