Strengths: Can clean by running under water

Summary: I have tried my Magic Bullet Express many times. Every time it has leaked to the point that whatever is in there winds up in the machine and on the counter and floor.I know I am attaching the lid correctly and tightly. I have checked that every time after the first flood (orange juice and organic raspberries). I've even tried it with just water, shaking the heck out of the cup with the blades screwed on. It didn't leak a drop until I attached it to the base. Then, the flood.Off to go clean up the last stick messy from the Magic Mess Maker!

Weaknesses: It was infrequently used and froze up when I tried to use it.Parts are not available.

Summary: This product was a complete disappointment. Parts are not available, and their warranty is so iffy, it was not worth the trouble to pursue. I guess it could do some things, but it is made of crap.

Strengths: Makes awesome smoothies & shakes

Weaknesses: No replacement gaskets

Summary: Unable to find gasket replacements. I've had my Magic Bullet for 5 months now and I use it twice a day to make fruit smoothies. With this amount of use the four gaskets that came with the product were soon worn out. I contacted Homeland Housewares about replacements but there aren't any. Great design but someone was asleep at the wheel when it came to "replacement parts". Surely they didn't think 4 gaskets would last the lifetime of their product.I'm left with only one option, purchase a new one, which I won't do. There are other drink mixers on the market just as good if not better & with access to replacement parts. Back to the drawing board, guys.

Strengths: Thoroughly crushes whatever you put in it! Including ice...no chunks whatsoever.

Weaknesses: I NEED GASKETS! Be very careful that your gaskets are completely seated before turning it on. Replacements are hard to find, and chunks of rubber will ruin your drink.

Summary: Another reviewer said it would not crush ice. It might not completely crush ice in 10 seconds like the informercial...But if you listen and let it continue to blend until there are no "rattling" sounds (about 20 seconds) the ice will be thoroughly crushed. It has completely replaced our regular blender that never really did the job.

Strengths: its only strength is to make smoothies and salsa

Summary: Do not buy the magic bullet. It is a ripoff. It does not work! The only thing it can do is make smoothies and salsa. At least, thats all ive been succesful at making with the magic bullet. I tried making the chicken salad, and it turned out horribly. What ended up happening was that the bottom of the chicken salad ended up getting pureed and the top wasn't even mixed a bit! It really aggravates me that I spent 50 dollars on some over-hyped about blender that doesn't even work. I mean, REALLY. it is a blender! Not some culinary miracle. IT is a small blender!
