Strengths: compact size & light weight

Weaknesses: none

Summary: A good choice of compact refrigerator for a smaller room. I bought it to fit my room and put some water & drinks so that I don't have to run down stairs when I feel thirsty in the late night. This refrigerator is not heavy and it's easier to carry. So sometimes I can move it to my basement or my living room on my need. It's also a good choice for college students who need a smaller refrigerator to store their food or drinks.

Strengths: Quiet running, low wattage, good utilization of space.

Weaknesses: None obvious

Summary: This product is ideal for people like myself that live in south Florida where, because of frequent power losses during/after hurricanes it can be very, very useful to keep milk, cold drinks, medicine, etc. cold by running it off my power inverter which produces 115 volt AC from my car battery. I have run lights, fans, and a TV, and now I can run this refrigerator, making the power loss time much more bareable.

Time with product: 7 Weeks

Strengths: good cooling and capacity

Weaknesses: noisy fan

Summary: Life with this little refrigerator was good for the first 4 or 5 weeks, then the fan developed a very noisy rattle that comes and goes. I have this frige in my office which is normally very quiet and that rattle just booms. Very disappointed. Although I haven't found any other comments on the web about the noisy fan on this model, I notice other Avanti models of fridge's and wine coolers with noisy fans. What's so tough about a quiet fan? Especially if they're going to tout this model's quietness due to the lack of a compressor.
