Rating: Time with product: 90 Days Strengths: Power, versatility, attachments Weaknesses: Somewhat complicated safety features. Summary: I am so happy to have gotten this Cuisinart. I resisted for a long time because I had a mini food processor and Kitchen Aid standing mixer with cutting attachments so I thought I didn't need one. But now that I have it, I use it almost every time I cook. You can do so many things with it. I love it especially for things I hate to do like chop onions and shred cheese. It is also very easy to clean up and doesn't take up too much more counter space than the mini. The only think I have found frustrating is making sure every piece is in the exactly right place and orientation. It will not turn on otherwise. This safety feature is probably worthwhile, it just takes some getting used to. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Days Strengths: Big bowl and strong engine Weaknesses: Boring design Summary: This machine does the job and you can put quite a bit of stuff in its 11 cup bowl. It even handles small bread-doughs with its strong engine. Could have made it look better, but then again it is not sitting out all the time anyway. |
