Summary: We bought this stand mixer as our wedding gift. This is our first mixer, and we found it really save much manpower and makes baking so much easier. There are many optional accessories available. You can buy it at anytime easily when you need it. We love it and you will if you own one.

Summary: Well, we all know how hard it is to find THAT combination in anything but there are those rare times when you get all three in one fantastic package. This is one of them. I bake about twenty loaves of bread and six pizzas every week and for a while I was relying on bread machines to mix up my dough. Unfortunately, the sturdiness of most bread machines just isn't what it used to be. Finally, after dispensing with three different bread machines last year, I (the ultimate slow learner) realized I should probably try the KitchenAid. I was desperate and while reluctant to spend the money at first, decided I'd been 'pennywise' and 'pound foolish' for far too long. The KitchenAid had a great reputation, was awfully pretty to look at, and looked like it might just do what I needed. In a nutshell, it does. It's everything I could want as far as sturdiness, dependability, and ease of operation. It's easy to clean, mixes up all my dough without a whimper and leaves me with a nice soft dough that ends up being perfectly heavenly tasting bread and pizza. I can't say that I've put it through all its paces as yet, but so far, I'm incredibly pleased. A thoroughly wonderful product.

Summary: Using this mixer has made baking more enjoyable and less clean up. Make sure to take advantage of the differnt attachments they really do make you experiance easier. The light bowl and easy to secur base are definate pluses to this tool. I bought this as a gift - share the wealth!
