The Perle 833AS Remote Access Server is a multi-protocol remote access solution ideally suited to meet the dial access needs of both ISPs and enterprise users. With Cisco IOS-compatible configuration, the Perle 833AS fits seamlessly into Cisco-based networks. It provides scalable dial-in, dial-out modem pooling and LAN-to-LAN connectivity for up to 96 (T1/PRI) or 120 (E1/PRI) simultaneous connections of remote analog, 56 Kbps- V.90, V.34 and ISDN BRI users. Unlike many solutions based on a PC chassis, the architecture of Perle 833AS hardware is designed for maximum reliability. As the only access server product on the market that comes with standard hot swappable dual power supplies and dual cooling fans as standard, the 833AS ensures maximum up-time for all users.
