We are pleased overall. The design looks great. It is nice to have the refrigerator on the top. I find the bottom freezer difficult to get into. The top freezer drawer does not slide out easily now that it is full of stuff. Both the freezer drawers are really cold to hold onto to pull out. I don't know if other brands are any better or if these problems are inherent to a bottom freezer design. But it is quiet and we really like this refrigerator.
