bit-tech Review
"The Samsung NC10 is, quite simply, the best netbook money can buy at the moment. While there's no one feature that puts it head and shoulders above everything else out there, the combination of superb build quality and attention to detail gives the NC10 a distinct edge over the competition." - 26th November 2008

Time with product: 6 Months
Strengths: Size, weight, screen quality, speed, feel, look, keyboard
Weaknesses: max res is 1024x600
Summary: After comparing all netbooks for months i decided to go with this one and I don't regret it at all.It is pretty fast, I can even play games, I was able to play Fable, a full 3D game!Movies are great, full screen works well but if you set the computer to it's slowest mode full screen video will lag, you need to be at least in normal mode. Turbo works best.I recommend buying 2Go of memory (one stick of 2go as there is only one memory port) to make the most out of it.It has enough usb port, big hard drive, bright screen, keyboard is very comfortable. I travel a lot and am very happy with it, watching movies in the plane etc... Speakers are kind of weak but the sound is great with headphones. The only thing that I regret is that we can't change the resolution to 1024x768, max is 600 so some game won't run well is it is not a standard size.I get lots of compliment with this computer, the white version looks great.

Time with product:
Strengths: Full keyboardFast boot upGreat look and feelLightweightReliableSuper quietGreat look & feelExcellent battery lifeCrisp and bright display
Weaknesses: Touchpad overly sensative to touchA bit challenging to get monitor to synch with external projection system if using for presentations.
Summary: I have had this netbook for about 2 months and am delighted with it so far. I had an HP Tablet PC that was a lemon (constant blue screening and overheating/loud fan) and this little guy is a million times better. Overall I would highly recommend this product so far.

Time with product: 2 Months
Strengths: - light weight- extremely long battery life- comfortable keyboard for touch typists- bright, non-glare, accurate color display- 1 GB/2 GB RAM for big applications- lots of storage (160 GB)
Weaknesses: - touch pad rather small
Summary: I'm running MS Streets & Trips with a MKT2 GPS receiver connected with blue tooth. To make this work properly you need to turn off all the display battery saving options. Even then, I get 5 hours of continuous GPS usage. My other primary application is Adobe Photoshop CS2. This works surprisingly well if you're careful to keep clutter on the screen to a minimum. In addition, I'm using Open Office and VLC media player, both of which run very well.I bought my NC10 Buydig.com which gave very fast service at the lowest (at the time $409) price.I suggest a small wireless mouse and upgrading memory to 2 GB if you going to run programs like Photoshop.

Time with product: 1 Days
Strengths: Easy setup, nice keyboard (responsive, size and feel), good resolution on screen, speed is very good, battery life very good, bluetooth nice, good value for the money
Weaknesses: Speakers are not great, but adequate.
Summary: Looked at several others, keyboards, screens, quality all were inferior. The 10 inch screen is very nice. Using this for e-mail and surfing the web.
