Summary: Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike is an update to Ghost Recon 2, and a full stand-alone game in its own right. The first person campaign has numerous levels, and is quite challenging in the size of the maps and the AI of the enemies. Teammate AI is quite good, as well. Choice of weapons is very important, since only a few can be carried, and only one of each type. In multiplayer mode is where the game shines, with huge maps, multiple objectives per game, 4-person XBL gameplay, and diverse weather conditions. For fans of the first GR2, it's a must-have. Other strategy FPS fans should take a look.

Strengths: Multiple multiplayer modes, decent AI, great presentation, nice price

Weaknesses: Trial and Error single player gameplay

Summary: Coming just short of a year after Ghost Recon 2, you'd expect this just to be a map pack or just an add-on single player mission. In Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike, you get all this and more. You get a full 11-mission single-player campaign that's fully co-op playable with up to 4 players. You also get new multiplayer modes and maps that are playable online and offline with up to 4 players per Xbox. Simply put it's a complete game on its own. While it maintains many elements in multiplayer from GR2, all of the added content is well worth the $30 price tag. Loading up and moving out with 3 of your friends in your squad is an awesome experience. Co-op mode is my favorite, but team-based and solo modes are also available and just as good. In short, you come for the single player, but you stay for the multiplayer. It's no Halo 2, but it's enough to keep you and 3 friends entertained for quite some time.

Summary: It's on-line play is outstanding and is very easy to get use to. It's off-line mode is very fun also and is easier than Ghost Recon 2 (my teammates kept dieing at the start in that game)
