Summary: I purchased the first one just before the holidays. with one month, it just stopped working. returned it to place of purchase and got another, figuring it couldn't happen twice. wrong. I had the second unit for one month and it doesn't work either. this product is pure garbage. don't bother with this one.

Summary: Original product & 2 replacement all failed within a couple of months. All initially exhibited upper zone cooling problems (fan stopped working). Eventually, the lower zone also failed within warranty period. Manufacture stops replacements once original warranty (1 yr.) expires, regardless of product performance.
