I purchased new computers, but the manufacturer no longer provides Office 2003 on new equipment. Per my tech guys, the Office 2003 versions that I purchased are counterfeit. We could be fined by Microsoft for using them.

andreag2008	Rating: 2 Time with product: Strengths: None Weaknesses: Does not appear to be authentic or working Summary: I couldn't load it. It did not pass the MS authenticity test. Maybe it was defective, maybe it was a pirated version. Either way, it didn't work and I had to go buy a retail version. Shame really because in every way, including the authenticity seal, it looked to be genuine, and I was hopeful.

mybigblackdog	Rating: 8 Time with product: 4 Weeks Strengths: Just what I wanted. Weaknesses: None. Summary: I wanted to upgrade my existing MS Office 2000 Professional, and this was the most cost-effective solution. I tried bidding on ebay, but found the price of the full-version always went higher that this price. I use all the Office products, but did not need all the 2007 features. The additional features in 2003 (not in version 2000)were exactly what I needed. I've been very happy with the new software.

burnszilla	Rating: 8 Time with product: 30 Days Strengths: spam filters Weaknesses: none - I've always liked MS Office Summary: This was an upgrade from Office 2000, which worked fine, but since MS quit supporting it, it was time for a change. My company is still using Office 2003, so I don't feel bad for not upgrading to 2007, especially considering the price difference. The best thing about the 2003 over 2000 is in Outlook, you have many more spam options.
